微灌用过滤器是保证整个微灌系统正常运行的核心过滤设备,开发具有自清洗功能的过滤设备则是研究的重点。在对自吸网式过滤器进行水力性能试验的基础上,分析了自吸网式过滤器过滤时间的变化规律,表明过滤时间的变化并非呈线性规律;分析了自清洗时间的影响因素,指出自清洗时间并不是恒定不变的,而是在其他参数固定时与进水含沙量S0呈反比关系。

在DFQX-3型物料清选仿真试验台上,通过空间布点测量了筛面不同位置的气流速度。根据测量值得出筛面上流速小于或等于4.81 m/s,属低速气流。利用Matlab绘制了筛面不同位置的横断面、纵断面、水平面的等速线和速度变化曲线,分析了风筛式清选装置的筛面气流场速度分布规律。试验表明,筛面两侧的流速对称分布,前后两端流速较接近,中间流速变化复杂。
