了解北京市朝阳区手足口病相关柯萨奇Ａ２型肠道病毒（ｃｏｘｓａｃｋｉｅｖｉｒｕｓＡ２，ＣＶＡ２）的基因特征。方法 采用５′端非编码区（５′ＵＴＲ）和ＶＰ２基因测序的方法鉴定ＣＶＡ２病毒；对所有ＣＶＡ２病毒进行ＶＰ１全序列测序，对部分毒株进行编码蛋白全序列测序，并将测得的序列与ＮＣＢＩ数据库中国内外的序列进行比对，构建系统进化树，进行基因特征及分子流行病学分析。
