综合考虑液体可压缩性与液体连续流条件的影响,建立了三缸内燃泵(ICP)配流阀的动力学模型,研究了配流阀的容积效率特性。样机工作频率与配流阀的固有频率成整数倍关系时,容积效率大幅度降低。样机标定转速与容积效率最低时的转速较为接近,不利于系统正常稳定工作。容积效率的变化对ICP的燃油消耗率、输出流量、有效热效率、有效功率等性能指标影响较大,但对输出压力基本没有影响。
