骨髓衍生肝干细胞(BMDLSC)是近年才发现的肝干细胞[1][2][3]，目前只能通过移植的方法确定BMDLSC的存在[4]，还不能从形态学上确定BMDLSC。文献中曾报道Thy1.1[5]、CD34[3]、Sca-1[6]等骨髓细胞可以分化形成肝细胞，人c-Kit细胞可分化成胆管细胞[7]。我们发现小鼠c-Kit+Lin-骨髓细胞移植后可以在肝内分化形成肝细胞，现报告如下：
