针对工程车辆主驾驶座椅使用过程中出现的损坏问题，设计了工程车辆主驾驶座椅寿命测试系统。阐述了六自由度运动与视频的同步记录和同步再现的实现装置及控制技术，以及利用有线通讯来实现运动与视频同步播放的方法。以液压伺服控制六自由度运动模拟器为试验装置，应用运动与视频的同步记录和同步再现技术，对工程车辆主驾驶座椅进行了振动疲劳试验，试验结果验证了应用该系统进行车辆座椅开发的可行性。
