等离子体 增强化学气相沉积 制备二维材料

随着二维材料的兴起，机械剥离、溶液剥离、化学气相沉积(CVD)等制备方法得到了极大发展。其中，机械剥离法只能得到小尺寸且形状随机的薄层材料，溶液剥离法容易引入各种杂质，CVD法最有望用于低成本批量制备二维材料。然而，在实际应用中，CVD法面临操作温度高(1000℃左右)、需要使用金属催化剂、转移过程容易引入污染和缺陷等问题。
