利用阴极渗氢法、定氢仪、电子拉伸实验机、能谱(EDS)和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法研究了“双峰”时效下7075铝合金的晶界偏析行为、氢脆(HE)敏感性以及Mg-H相互作用。结果表明:充氢前后合金的强度等性能具有时效“双峰”特征;第二峰处合金强度的下降量明显比第一峰的小,且第二峰时合金具有高强、低HE敏感性等优异性能;在阴极渗氢过程中Mg与H之间存在着相互作用。最后,对Mg-H相互作用机制进行了探讨。
