建立了空气悬架双质量模型,提出了基于RBF神经网络优化的系统阻尼和空气弹簧匹配的优化方法。匹配求优时,选取车身加速度和轮胎动载荷加权和最小值为优化目标,以悬架动行程最大值为约束。仿真结果表明,客车的平顺性和轮胎接地性都得到改善。台架试验与仿真结果基本吻合。
提出了一种基于多层小波变换和纹理分析的蛋壳破损检测方法。该方法对获取的鸡蛋透射图像G分量在不同水平上进行小波分解,计算和分析各水平高频细节子图像的纹理特征参数,实验确定最有效的8个特征参数作为BP网络输入,建立结构为8—20—2的BP神经网络蛋壳破损分类模型。实验表明,该方法对无破损蛋、线状破损蛋、网状破损蛋和点状破损蛋的判别正确率分别为95%、90%、95%、80%,平均识别率为90%。
采用遗传算法与神经网络相结合的控制策略,以四自由度车辆主动悬架半车模型为仿真对象,与传统的被动悬架进行控制性能比较。通过改变神经网络训练参数、遗传算法输入函数以及车速,对系统的响应特性进行了分析。结果表明车辆主动悬架控制策略可以减小车辆的振动,改善车辆行驶平顺性。
