形成性评价将教师和学生的注意力从教学结果上转移到教学过程中来,有助于激发学生的学习动力,提高教学质量。从我校形成性评价试点工作来看,应减少形成性教学给教师带来的额外的工作,采用多种教学形式缓解课时压力,加大激励措施提高教师积极性,以及逐步采用小班授课方式,以提高形成性评价的质量,使形成性评价应有的优势得以充分发挥。
