板材在拉深过程中,常出现杯壁被拉裂的现象。以前的学者针对这一问题主要致力于改变压边力来防治拉裂的研究。该文首先引入织构系数,然后利用弹塑性力学的相关知识和Hill屈服准则中材料常数与织构系数的关系,推导出板材拉深过程中织构系数与厚度增量的关系式。并经过算例验证该公式的可行性,得出可以通过改变板材的织构系数来降低板材拉深产生破裂的可能性。
