为交流成果，相互学习，互传经验，进一步提高科研质量。2014年1月9-10日，劳科所在京召开了成果交流会。各课题组负责人汇报了2013年课题研究成果，就课题研究的思路、观点、研究方法进行了交流。会议还评选出2013年度劳科所优秀科研成果和优秀演讲。郑东亮所长对成果交流会做了总结，对2014年科研工作提出了要求。王俊舫副所长、蔡颖副所长分别主持了会议。
