为实现低阶煤泥的高效浮选，以地沟油、Gemini阳离子表面活性剂(31709型表面活性剂)为主要原料制备新型高效微乳捕收剂(DG-1)，检测结果表明，微乳液滴体积分数在98%以上，稳定性良好。浮选实验及成本利益概算表明，在药剂用量相同时，DG-1的浮选性能及所获精煤利润均优于0#柴油，其浮选性能的提高与31709型表面活性剂的添加密切相关。
