近期,江苏常州石油针对区域内数座加气站设备旧、管线长导致损耗居高不下的棘手问题,开发BOG(蒸发气体)天然气回收项目,全年额外减排二氧化碳2313.27吨,并将LNG损耗率从16.6%降到0.8%,在加气站销售终端实现碳排放量和天然气损耗的“双下降”。

2023年7月底,中国海油首台国产化大流量超低温卧式往复BOG压缩机顺利抵达我国最大的液化天然气储备基地——中国海油盐城“绿能港”项目现场,标志着中国海油液化天然气(LNG)接收站又一核心设备即将投入使用,进一步加快了LNG接收站国产化进程。
2020年7月21日,依托理化所大型低温制冷技术孵化的北京中科富海低温科技有限公司在BOG提氦领域取得里程碑式突破。经过两年多的研发攻关,成功研制出国内首套液化天然气闪蒸汽(LNG-BOG)低温提氦装置,打通了BOG提氦联调全流程,顺利产出液氦产品,达到设计要求。这是国内首次实现BOG提氦生产线的产业示范,填补了国内空白,捍卫了国家氦气战略安全。
