为了快速准确地测定生化需氧量，通过排除实验室环境条件与操作因素等众多干扰因子的影响，对比了生化需氧量的5种测定方法，并分析比较对比了各方法的优缺点、适用范围等，分析了各种测定方法的应用局限性与影响因素。结合适宜方法并根据样品特性，分析探讨了测定中稀释水的配置与稀释倍数的选取等技术难题的解决方法。结果表明：稀释与接种法应用最为广泛，测定结果相对准确。
