随着革兰阴性菌引起的感染不断增加,抗菌药物也被频繁使用在哮喘等各种呼吸系统疾病中。多索茶碱作为治疗哮喘最常用的处方药之一,可以降低哮喘患者被新型冠状病毒感染的风险,但其对抗菌药物的影响仍知之甚少。同时,考虑到抗菌药物滥用是导致细菌耐药的主要原因。因此,当前的临床治疗策略亟待优化。
