探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻息肉组织中CD69，RANTES的表达意义。方法：198名慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者，分为不伴鼻息肉组92例，伴鼻息肉组106例;同时本院87名没有慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的健康志愿者作为一部分；测定各组CD69，RANTES mRNA，蛋白以及IL-4，IL-10，IL-12，IFN-γ，TNF-α，hs- CRP水平。
