摘要采用外周血淋巴细胞培养，对仙居鸡Ag-NORs进行了研究。结果表明：仙居鸡的Ag-NORs常定位于1p、3p、4p、Zp、2q上，均数为3.26，众数为3，不同个体间以及同一个体不同细胞间Ag-NORs的大小，数目和分布存在多态性，研究还发现有Ag-NORs联合现象。此外，Ag-NORs频率不同的两组间生产性能差异比较表明：公鸡的胫骨长差异显著（P＜0.05），其它两组间的生产性能差异均不显著...
