以计算机与现代集成制造系统的“集成”思想与技术为基础,提出了核电厂全寿期集成化管理的新方法和核电厂全寿期信息集成的总体方案。采用数据库和工程数据管理技术实现核电厂异构环境下的信息集成。在此基础上,对核电厂敏捷供需链、并行工程方法的实施以及集成管理系统的设计进行了研究。对核电厂实施全寿期集成化管理,可确保核电厂各项工作协调、高效、经济地进行,并可缩短核电厂设计、建造周期,节约成本。
随着社会各界对核电厂安全性要求的不断提高,核安全当局新的监管法规的出台,以前作为超设计基准事件考虑的全厂断电事件日益受到重视。本文结合国家核工业标准EJ/T 1044,介绍了与全厂断电有关的概念及如何分析核电厂全厂断电应付能力。通过分析EPRURD中针对全厂断电采取的设计措施,帮助我们在新的核电项目设计中获得有益的借鉴。
