综合考虑液体可压缩性与液体连续流条件的影响,建立了三缸内燃泵(ICP)配流阀的动力学模型,研究了配流阀的容积效率特性。样机工作频率与配流阀的固有频率成整数倍关系时,容积效率大幅度降低。样机标定转速与容积效率最低时的转速较为接近,不利于系统正常稳定工作。容积效率的变化对ICP的燃油消耗率、输出流量、有效热效率、有效功率等性能指标影响较大,但对输出压力基本没有影响。
阐述了稀燃天然气发动机缸内不同气体运动及其产生机理,分析了缸内气体运动对发动机燃烧过程的影响。针对稀燃天然气发动机的燃烧过程,设计了不同结构形状和尺寸的燃烧室,并分别通过数值模拟和试验方法,就不同结构的燃烧室对天然气发动机性能的影响进行了研究。结果显示,产生湍流强度大的燃烧室燃烧速度快,动力性和经济性较好,而NOx排放量也较大。
采用雷诺时均N-S方程、标准k-ε模型和SIMPLEC算法对液力缓速器内部流场进行了数值模拟,分析倾角为50°、55°、60°时液体流动的速度分布、压力分布和湍动能分布规律。以Rothalpy值的变化作为损失分析指标,定量比较不同倾角对制动力矩的影响,得出叶片倾角为55°时缓速能力最大,其原因是沿程摩擦阻力损失与冲击损失的叠加使得液力损失最大。
