设计了一种基于气动柔性驱动器的苹果采摘末端执行器:以气动柔性驱动器作为其弯曲关节,用力学分析的方法对弯曲关节及末端执行器进行建模,分析建立关节弯曲量及输出力与其内腔气体压力之间的数学关系;建立了末端执行器抓取苹果目标的数学模型。实验结果表明:该末端执行器有较大的输出力,能很好地抓持苹果,并具有很好的柔顺性。

提出了一种纯气动AMT自动换挡系统设计方案,并运用气体热力学和动力学相关理论建立换挡气缸热力学模型。依据整车换挡指标的变化特点,设计Simulink环境下的仿真试验,检测了不同换挡气缸设计尺寸对腔室压力变化率和腔室建压时间的影响,确定了换挡气缸优化设计目标和影响参数指标。最后,通过正交平衡优化试验方法,实现气动AMT换挡系统执行气缸的优化设计。

作为压电泵的驱动源,压电振子的振动性能影响泵的性能。为此,对影响压电振子振动性能的压电振子结构参数以及材料参数进行优化设计。基于有限元模拟分析方法,采用正交试验和对分析结果进行极差分析,得到了各影响因素分别对压电振子中心点处振幅以及谐振频率两个重要指标影响的主次顺序,并得到了较好的方案。通过再设计试验分析,最终获得了提高压电振子振动性能的最优方案。
