2018年7月3日-4日，“MEMS/NEMS与微纳传感器”科学与技术前沿论坛在中科院上海微系统所嘉定园区召开。本次论坛由王曦院士担任执行主席，中国科学院杨卫院士、王建宇院士、褚君浩院士，中国工程院方家熊院士，加拿大工程院孙钰院士以及来自高校、科研机构和相关单位的专家学者共90余人参加了本次论坛。
