热电材料可实现热能和电能的直接相互转化。基于热电材料的热电制冷技术,具有调节精度高、响应快的特点。与一般的机械式制冷相比,热电制冷技术不需要压缩传动等运动部件,更不需要制冷剂,不产生任何排放与环境污染,是较为理想的全固态高效制冷及热管理技术。
