从非均相酸和碱催化转酯化反应的角度,综述了微波促进生物柴油制备的国内外研究进展。在微波辅助下非均相催化过程具有反应速率快、节能、环境友好、产物分离简便的优点。非均相催化剂以固体酸或者固体碱催化剂为主,反应在10~30min内完成,转化率与传统加热方式相当或者更高,所采用的固体催化剂具有可重复利用性。
通过酯交换实验制备了以新疆产的文冠果种仁油和棉籽油为原料的两种生物柴油。采用气相色谱方法对其脂肪酸甲酯组分进行了分析;考察了两种生物柴油的部分理化性质,并与0号柴油和国外生物柴油的标准进行对比。重点分析了生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯组分分布对其理化性能的影响。实验结果表明,文冠果种仁油无需进行脱酸预处理,而各项理化指标均达到要求,更适合制备生物柴油。
